type r ecu
NO.
#1 ITR ECU's have immobilizers that have to be removed, and when they are, you get a constant CEL
#2 That ECU is designed for a 1.8L and not a 1.6L...different fuel maps
#3 The cams are different as well, again different fuel maps

Not to mention, the fuel cutoff is about 400 RPM higher than it should be for a B16A2.
Good luck floating valves . . .
VTEC crossover is also set wrong for a B16A2. You'd be better off with a V-AFC instead.

Same principal applies. 1.8 motors need 1.8 ecu. You "can" do it but you need to move a fuel pump pin (to a15, i think) and you car will run like ***.

Don't know if this helps ya but a buddy of mine has 3 98 ITR's (yes, actual whole running cars) and all 3 of them have immobilizers.

Oops your right, thats what you have to do to use a p2t in an integra. My bad.
You really should try an ecu equipped for a 1.8 (if im assuming correctly thats what you have). I am willing to bet youll be very satisfied
