Default Is this the best 1/4 time i can do?

Ok i have got a 2000 civic hatch with a built gsr swap. I ran it at the local track and the best out of 3 pulls i squeezed a 13.9 @ 102mph. I ran this on falken azenis with the following mods to the engine. The question is can i pull better than this or have i so called maxed out?

1.95 gsr w/ls tranny
2.je pistons 12.5
3.eagle rods
4.arp head studs
5.block bored over
6.ctr cams
7.rev valves
8.skunk2 springs and retainers
9.skunk2 intake manifold
10.dc header
11.aem intake
12.chipped p28
13. excedy clutch
What can i do to get these numbers up? thanks

102mph is good for mid to low 13's.

grab some slicks and improve your 60ft.

I noticed today on my time slip that it was almost 103 mph and that the 60ft was a 2.2. I am buying Jun 3 cams and springs and sending the head to Alaniz. Hopefully this will help alot.
