Default Brake Caliper Semi-Stuck

Okay guys, ever since I did my 4x114.3 swap my rear drivers side caliper has been a bastard. It doesn't adjust correctly.

I compress the actual part that pushes agianst the pads down as low as it will go (which is about 1/8 of an inch further out of the caliper than the "good side". Everytime I try to press the brake pedel to "adjust it", it damn near locks my brake up. I can barely spin it with my hands when the rim is off of it. Anybody have any ideas how to fix this? It's about to drive me nuts. Nowhere around here can get me a caliper rebuild kit and I'm not trying to shell out another 100+ dollars for a new Nissin caliper if I can help it.

Not going to happen around here. There isn't a junkyard in 100 miles that's going to have a rear disc caliper and I need it for this weekend. ****.

i sprayed PB blaster all INSIDE the rubber boot around the piston and it helped me compress the piston further.

try putting a wrench flush against the piston and then use a C-clamp on one side of the caliper and the other side on the wrench
this will more evenly distribute force around the piston

Correct me if I am wrong, but I am sure you need to spin the brake piston on the rear calipers to get it to go in. You cant use a c-clamp to compress it in. You can see a pic and description of the tool in the link below.

Yes, you do have to spin them to compress them. Once I get it about 1/8 of an inch from being compressed fully into the caliper it just spins and doesn't go in anymore. Looks like I'll have to call around some more.

Yeah Richard, I'm trying my best to get it fixed before Friday night.

EDIT: No luck on ANY of the junkyards around here. Anybody know of any Autozone type places sell rebuilt Nissin calipers? Last place I checked (autozone) doesn't.
