Default VAFC-II

After I installed the VAFC-II. Sometimes the check engine light turn on, but after I restart the car, its off again. However, the light is on no matter how many times I restart it.
When I check the code in Honda dealer, they said the code is about the Vtec.
Anyone know what's wrong???

code 21
should be about vtec. when check engine light is on, the fuel cut at 6000rpm, and no vtec enage.
Thanks.

I think the check light comes on because the Vafc tircks your ECU and it thinks there is an error.

Try disconnecting the Vafc and if the check engin light comes on again it means you have to change you Vtec solenoid.

thats true too, the vafc could just be causing a glitch. but if it is your solenoid, check it out.

heres what it looks like
