Hey guys, heres the prob..when i got in my car today, and started it up, I noticed a little clicking noise, drove it for a little bit, thinking it would go away but it didnt.
So it put it in accessory mode, and turned my music off to listen, and its 2 little clicking noises, they happen about every 6 or so seconds....coming from the same place the clicking noise when your turn signal is on comes from... any ideas?

Main Relay?? Is the sound coming from near the fuse box area?

 

Does this happen when you turn on your turn signals only?

Sounds maybe like the main relay, or a window relay, etc..

Describe more in depth..

 

no, it doesnt happen when i turn on the signals. Just while the car is on, from right when i turn it on till it turns off. Two short clicking sounds, from right next to the fuse box somewhere, just a TICK...TICK.. then 4 or 5 seconds later, the same TICK...TICK. Also, the SRS button my dash stays on. Any ideas?

"SRS initializaton failure" can be your problem... go to your local Honda garage so they can check your airbag system...

Or try to DIY... check any unplugged cables under the steering wheel and behind the glove compartment, check the SRS fuse and visualy inspect wiring in general... maybe you notice the problem and solve it but I seriously doubt it...

I would rather go to Honda garage and repair it.

so i was reading through my manual lookin for a possible prob..and came across the fuses for the SRS, decided to check them just in case something had happened. Looked fine, so i put them back in, after that, turned on the car...and the clicking noise was gone....the SRS light is still on, but the noise stopped...hmm..
