AM I GETTING RIPPED OFF?
My car goes in tommorow for a hondata s100 p28 ecu and wiring harness (all I already paid for) but they are charging me 400 for street tuning ( whatever that means) and dyno tuning oh ya that is in canadian.
This is what a local dyno/performance shop charges for dyno and tuning services:
1 Session of Power Pulls $97.50
1 Session with Air Fuel $130.00
1 Session with Air Fuel and Tuning $195.00
* A session usually consist of 4 dyno pulls.

sounds about right as long as you get your moneys worth of pulls on the dyno.

street tunning. means they will tune it on the streets. hondata comes unprogramed, so its higlly recomended if you plan on driving around in your car. usually takes about 1-2hr. and they pretty much go through all the gears, perform a 3,4,5th gear cruzing and acceleration from cruizing. and part throttle acceleration.
more likelly they are charging you 100/hr and they are gonna spend 1hr street,3hr dyno.
