ok so Ive had this Zex kit for about 2 months now and I think "the brain" took a ****, The purge valve works fine so I know im getting N20 to the Brain, so there is no kinks in the line or anything. When I flip the arming switch my test light goes off when the switch is on, the ground is fine and so is the TPS wire, I took the nozzle out of the intake and had a buddy go full throttle and nothing sprayed out... So Im thinking the internals are fucked up... Anyways anyone ever have the same thing? Also Im doing a small lil build up now, and I was gonna go Direct port aka WET set up... What is all needed to make that work...I allready have the bottle...

So I would need a N20 soleniod a Fuel Soleniod and a micro switch for the throttle right?

Also where does the Feul soleniod pick up gas from? a extra -AN port in the fuel rail??

direct port and wet are 2 different systems

 

First off I had the same problem with my Zex brain not sprayin. This is what you need to do.

1. Make sure you have a Constant 12 volt power sorce.

2. I hooked up a direct hot line from the Battery to the Box then I had a friend push the pedal full throttle. And It sprayed. You might have a lose connection.

I called Zex and they told me to test it with the Hot line before you start thinking it is your box ****'n on you.
