first off i would check the cel code. this can be done by jumping the 2 pin connector on the pass. side of the drivers compartment, underneath the glove box. shut the car off, put a wire in there, then turn the car back on but dont start it, and count the blinks. the first set of blinks will be long, thats the first #, secong will be short. so a code 23 will be 2 long and three short. then use the codes at the very top of this forum to reference the code, and go from there

What ECU are you running? How many wire O2 sensor? And did you wire up the vtec?

Also try switching up, if remember right, TPS and MAP plugs because both of those sensors got the same plugs.

a stock d15b7 (p06 ecu) will work. So long as its setup for the right transmission (auto or manual)

oh I forgot that d15b7 has p06 ecu. My friend is running that on his d15b but it's chipped for ZEX cam.

Did you try switching MAP, and TPS plugs? It makes the car hesitate when you step on the gas.

all the wiring is fine
i took it to a mechanic

he checked the sensor he said that could be it or it could be the ecu
cause the engine wants more gas
