Default I've Searched and Cannot Post in F/I Either....

I have a DOHC ZC with the Jackson Racing Supercharger. Using the JR FMU, I cannot get my fuel pressure to drop any lower than about 58 at idle. I have posted in theZCR forum but apparently its out of their league.

As I said, I'm using the POS JR FMU and a Walboro 190l/h fuel pump. I can easily increase the fuel pressure way above 60 but it will not drop lower than 55-58. I'm guessing that I have some vacuum lines misplaced and either some advice or a diagram showing the proper placement of the hoses would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize if this has been asked before and I'm sorry that I couldn't post in the Forced Induction forum, but I know my fellow EF (ED) people can come through for me. Please help me out. It sucks to have a boosted motor but not to know what it feels like to actually run boost yet

Again, thanks in advance

Sorry i can't help you i have never heard of this problem ever occuring. Maybe you should try a diffrent FMU....As you have stated i haven't heard very good things about the JR FMU. I'll post this in the F/I Forum for you and see if you get a response

Thanks for posting it there...

Also, I've been told that is perfectly normal for it to run at 50 something during idle. I figure that if its already pushing 50psi at idle its going to be way too much at WOT so I found that statement hard to comprehend. Also, which is probably the case, they're suggesting that my JR FMU is toast and I should just move onto something better.

If you do find anything outside of this information please get back to me. If I had money I'd buy some real means of fuel management and skip this ordeal but unfortunately I have to work with what I have for now.

Thanks again kshymkiw83.
