Does anyone know what that clacking noise could be? its coming from the head of the R on the right side, near the belts. I was told to get a valve adjustment, would that make the clacking noise go away?

Get a valve adjustment, if that didnt help, you might have bad lma's.

 

yo does anybody's intake make like a gurgling noise when idling.....i know i need a valve adjustment but just hope its because of that.....sorry for stealin your thread just needed to ask a question....thanks

ok so ive done the valve adjustin today and everything seems to be in place, didnt have to adjust anything at all! so whats up still, the car idles funny as hell and stalls, what could this be? LMA?

 

i believe i have the same problem... a pretty noticeable clacking sounds coming from the valve cover... i did a valve adjustment 1515235 times and they are fine... do lost motion assemblies often go bad? what causes them to go bad?
