How is the circular thing in the middle suppose to be faced??? My Vtec does not engage and i believe this is the problem. THANKS!!!

 

I believe it fits the same either way. All it does is spin when oil passes through it. If you're throwing a CEL, check the wiring at the ecu, or the plug on the solenoid itself.

A buddy of mine had a problem with his and thats what fixed it. hth
