Vtec problem!!! help

Default Vtec problem!!! help

Ok so my h22a4 was rebuilt to lower the compression. So im drivin around to put 500 miles on it before theyll tune it with boost. I call of my tuner and he said slowly go throgh the rpms make sure vtec is working. When i did no vtec! Not even a change in the sound. I need some trouble shooting ideas ? Thanks

Vtec solenoid maybe??? are you just runnin the stock ecu currently?

check the screen on the VTEC solenoid. it might be clogged up from something during the build. have you changed the oil since you started breaking it in?

check.

wiring.
ECU.
solenoid and its screen.
Oil pressure?

when u gnna run boost, vtec is gnna be pointless anywayz, vtec sucks more air in, just what ur turbo is gonna be doing, but a lil better. haha

no shop in my town knows how to do vtec wiring...

not sure where you live.
