GSR swap getting CEL 20 why?

The car is a 93 integra Rs
I have it all wired up for Vtec. Vtec solenoid (YEL/GRN) goes to A4 and Vtec Oil Pressure 2 wire (BLU) goes to D6 and Black goes to Ground, knock sensor to the D3. I have the secondary butterfies wired up so that the pink/blue goes to pinout A17 but the other wire was black so I grounded it. But I should have run it to a 12v+ I think. would this cause my problem. I'm getting a CEL for the ELD (code 20).

90-93 Teg's didn't come equipped with an ELD which is typically located underneath the fuse box in the engine bay.
The ECU you're using is looking for one....hence the code.

How do I fix this problem. can I get an ELD unit and wire it up. Does anyone have pics of what this might look like?. and will this cause anything to happen with the way the car performs?
