The car is a 93 integra Rs
I have it all wired up for Vtec. Vtec solenoid (YEL/GRN) goes to A4 and Vtec Oil Pressure 2 wire (BLU) goes to D6 and Black goes to Ground, knock sensor to the D3. I have the secondary butterfies wired up so that the pink/blue goes to pinout A17 but the other wire was black so I grounded it. But I should have run it to a 12v+. would this cause my problem. also I'm getting a CEL and it is for the ELD (code 20). the other thing is the vacuum stuff that was on the fire wall what do I do with this stuff. I will post a pic later. Also if it makes a differance I'm running a the Rs cable tranny. thanks

doesnt look like a GSR swap, thats a PGMFI IM, its not inverted like the GSR mani?? So is that a pic of your b16 then?
I thought Vtec on a gsr was 4700, I have a chipped p28 and mine is set at 5700. Are you sure you dont have a chipped ecu?

I'm not sure maybe it is a chipped ECU I got the ECU with the engine. It is my cousins car he picked up the engine and ECU. how can I tell if it has been chipped.
Look at the sticker on the side of the ECU housing, is it a P72? If you don't have experience with ECU's, chances are it will be hard to tell if it has been chipped.

It is a p72 ECU I have experience with ECU's. the Vtec should hit around 4500rpm. my question still is what do I do with the vacuum stuff on the fire wall in the first 2 pics. I extended the wires for the MAP sensor to reach the MAP senser on the GRS throtle body but the other stuff looks like maybe a Perge contol solinoid or something.

VTECVillain is correct
vtec crossover is 4400
Secdondary is 5800 I think I found what I was looking for as far as the Vtec engagement it's louder 5800. VTEC is pretty quiet at 4400.... often confused for the IAB at 5800 ...
thanks
