Fitment questions...Down pipe, block grinding, AC

Fitment questions...Down pipe, block grinding, AC
Here is the setup:
1999 Civic Si - Stock B16
Inline Pro Manifold
Tial 38mm
Garrett T3/T04e - 5 bolt
I was under the impression that I was not going to have to grind the block. I test fitted my setup this weekend and there will def need to be some grinding goin on to get this biyatch to fit. I am not crazy about grinding the block, but at this point I really don't care. I noticed the was only like 4, maybe 5 inches between the turbine housing and the AC compressor. Will the revhard Downpipe fit in there? This whole turbo deal is getting to me. I would really like some responses from Turbo Si's or at least similar setups, and pics would be awesome. Just looking for some peace of mind before I spend any more money!!!
