learned a lesson and need some strong mani bolts for my car because i've managed to break three. anybody have any experience with these or know of a good place to get a good price?

 

Lightning Motorsports was selling some ARP studs in the sponsors section.

 

I would enlarge the holes on your manifold flange slightly. Stronger bolts are
not going to stop the manifold flange from expanding, so instead of the bolts
breaking you will probably egg the threads in the head. Definatly either enlarge
or slot the holes in the manifold.

 

i was under the impression that the slits allowed for expansion so i wonder if it'd even do anything to enlarge the holes

this is a full-race a/c mani by the way, i don't think i mentioned up top
