Im going to have around $2k by the end of this month to do whatever. I have 3 cars and am stuck on which one to use it on. I have a 01 GS-R, 01 Mustang, 84 944. Im stuck between getting a turbo kit for the GS-R and a body kit for the Mustang. I was just wondering if anyone here has a turbod GS-R. How much does it do? 1/4 times, hp/tq specs.

 

the answer is no- don't spend your money on any of that.. sell both cars and buy something else. Get a car that is something you won't screw with- it will be easier for you that way.

 

Well first off your going to need more than 2k, 2k may get you the actual kit, but the other things add up, Clutch, exhuast, gauges, tuning, management, ect....

Some poeplw have done kits for cheaper, but I personally am not a fan of "Budget Kits" they mostly consist of junkyard parts/used parts, small turbo's/dsm parts, ect.......

It's up to you I would either buy a Nitrous kit for the stang, or save up a little more abd boost the Gsr the correct way. 3k would suffice for a descent kit, and some nice power out of your b18c1.

 

do some searching... but with only 2 k u can get a used kit. like said b4 you'll need management, etc... if your gonna go turbo save some more
