Default got an alarm installed, but need help

i got a clifford alarm installed that included an adjustable proximity sensor

this sensor seems to be more sensitive on the passenger side then on the driver side

where exactly SHOULD this sensor be installed??

any help is appreciated

they are usually placed under the center console.

Should be placed as centered as possible.

But, the sensor can not pass through metal; I suspect the steering column could be your problem.

As centered as possible......You can adjust the strength on the module.

Tinted windows will cause problems with proximity sensors, just so you know.
