why is an equal length manifold better than a log?

in simple words.. it allows for more hp. and probably less chance of boost spike/creep because of equal lenght.. and usually cost more

if to compare to one piece cast manifold, then one piece cast manifold should last longer/better and won't crack.

Improved spool time and better flow therotically. But you will definitely have a lighter wallet, weight reduction.
