i had a d16z6 in my coupe it was a deadly lil guy. then it blew up cuz of a messed up and spun a bearing in it and it had a painful death. but anyway after a while i got a new d16z6. and it doesnt run lil a nasty lil bitch as my old on did. i also want to know why there is smoke coming from under my car. it seems after hard run. i take a look i see lil thin smoke coming from under the car and when i looked the cat was smoking lil thin smoke. i think its an oil problem. can anyone help me

 

you may have a leaky cat. or a hole in your exhaust somwhere.

uhhh if all u have is a z6 in a coupe...your gonna get torn up by a turbo se-r specV. Thats a given. Hell ull get torn up by a stock se-r spec V

 

ok give me and idea. should i got turbo or go get a ls with a messed up crank and fix it and got turbo

What mods are done to your d16? As you probably know, stock d16z6 have about 125 horse power, so don't feel bad about losing to a car that is turboed. Anyhoo, are you throwing any codes at all?
