Default new swap, bogging big time, could be my injectors, RICH?

ok, so here is the low down. i just swapped in a 96 spec B18C type R. when i pulled the head i noticed there were toda pistons, 12.3:1 CR. being i'm in CA i knew i needed more fuel, so i got a screaming deal on some 550 peak hold rc's. so i've wired these things up with resistors and all. i'm using a hondata s200 with a "base map" a friend put together for me to get me to the dyno. i drove the car yesterday and it bogs real bad, i mean i'm making like 70hp, being optimistic . it doesn't hold idle on its own, i had to adjust the throttle cable to hold the plate open a little and it seems to hold at 1K rpm. the car is running extremely rich, i can smell gas big time when the car is running. i dont' see any smoke, but my header is not connected to my cat either (cat is 2.25" header is 2.5") and i think my cat is jacked any ways, i have a new one coming next week. so i'm wondering if running rich like this, with these massive injectors would cause the car to run like this? i checked the timing and that seems ok, but when i was pulling the magneto thing off the #1 cylinder plug wire, it kinda popped out and i didn't notice a change in the way the motor was running.. weird.. it was only for a second, then i pushed it back in, but i would think it would just kill the car. i'm taking the car to get tuned on friday, but i want to make sure i have everything else in order before i spend time on the dyno. is there any kind of tests i can do to see if my fuel delivery is happening ok on all cylinders? or do you think that this behavior is normal for a stupid rich running car? also, did a compression test and i get 240psi across the board, so that seems ok, everything else looks and sounds normal (besides my huge exhaust leak).
thanks

Default

also thought i should add... the motor is in a 94 del sol, i'm using a obd2 gsr harness (for the engine, and stock harness in the car). i'm also using the O2 from my original B16. it plugged into the harness fine, so i dont' think its the O2, and i am not throwing any codes. i woudl be getting codes if it were the O2 correct?
