need help with gauge cluster

My cruise control light does not work anymore for some reason, pretty sure the bulb just blew.... is it easy to take out the cluster and replace the bulb? Just the 2 screws on top or is there some elaborate method to doing it? Thanks.

There are 4 harnesses in the back, don't forget about those.
