Default how to make steering more responsive?

I thought if maybe I took some of the spower steering fluid out I could recieve desired effect, but I am not sure if that will even work or if it is safe. I am just tired of the light handling of my ride, I want it to be more sports car like. How bout underdrive pulleys? Would those help and if so does anyone have one for just the ps pump, I want to leave my altenator alone. Thanks,

Kyle

You could always remove the entire PS system. Worked for me

How'd you like that? I don't think I want to go that extreme, I like being lazy sometimes. Just looking for a better feel.

Use energy suspension polyurethane bushings all around, that will increase the handling.

If you remove the fluid, you will ruin the PS pump.

steering wheel and a/c (not unless you live in tx.) steering will work your arms out also, a/c if you cut, can make your car feel lighter!

You'll feel the diff. in weight!

I like it very much. It's much easier to tell what the front tires are doing now that the PS isn't masking any of the feedback. I like the added weight of the steering now and it didn't take long to get used to parking and slow speeds. The effort really isnt excessive at all. A good low-cost mod that gave a few hp, cut 16lbs. and increased steering feel all at the same time.
