I'm pretty ****** low, and I havent had a problem with camber. just get an alignment and you'll be fine. My tires are wearing evenly, well almost evenly.

but remember, Toe that is off will wear out ur tires a lot faster than a negative camber. There are many people on this forum that drives without a camber kit while their cars are lowered more than 2 inches without tire tread issues. Just remember to get ur toe aligned everytime u change the height of ur car, and u should be okay.

You don't need a camber kit for a drop less than 2". People usually just drop their cars, and spend good money on a camber kit, when an alignment is really what's needed to fix the toe. Too many people put emphasis on camber kits to fix tire wear; adjustable camber is meant to dial in different settings for a race car.

Skunk2 camber kits do look nice snuggled in by some FLT-A2s though

To me it's more ghetto to be dropped with a camber kit set to nearly 0 camber and hurtring the handling that is gained from the lower, stiffer suspension.

I'm dropped 3" and have been using my current tires for 26K miles now w/o a camber kit, so just because one doesn't use one, doesn't mean it's "ghetto"

Quote taken directly from a Team-Integra article:

"The most commonly talked about is tire wear. The truth is yes, negative camber does wear the inside of the tire more, as more pressure is put on that area of the tire. However, it is not as bad as people make it out to be. Excessive toe is the most common cause of eating through tires, especially after lowering your car. Many people often lower their car, yet don’t get it aligned. In lowering their car, they pick up excessive toe and then burn through a set of tires. They then blame camber, when in reality it is toes problem.

Lots of people get camber kits just for the tire issue. They spend upwards of $200 (which is almost the cost of a new set of tires) to try and fix something that wouldn’t be a problem if you rotate your tires often and align your car in the first place. "
