Clutch still slips?
I've had an exedy organic race clutch and fidanza flywheel installed at a local shop after my original clutch died. It's been a month since the install and the parts have been already broken in but every time I drive my car on a hot sunny day for about 30 mins. my clutch pedal starts to feel stiff then doesn't grab because my rpm just jumps but the car doesn't grab. I just feel really frustrated because I thought the problem was solved. I don't have any experience fixing it myself but I'll have to bring it to a shop and have it checked but just wanted to post it here and maybe get some idea of what the problem might be.
Thanks

How much have you modified the engine? Do you have any estimate of torque or increaase in torque? There are only two ways to affect torque capacity from installation. The first is oil contamination, the second is misadjustment.
Oil contamination: needs no explanation.
Misadjustment: If the pedal was adjusted to a preload condition the hydraulics are not able to self-adjust and the release point gets higher and higher until the clutch slips.
Neither condition are really common. You may just have a clutch not able to handle your setup. I hope this helps.

I am having this same
issue, however I have replaced the entire clutch kit, master and slave cylinder. I believe it is a misadjustment issue, how can I fix this? thanks for any replies!

did they reuse your old pressure plate? because if they did the springs in it could be lose or worn. also make sure your slave cylinder is properly blead. And if you say it is slipping then check and see if there is any leaking anywere like clutch fluid or oil. I had a friend with a leaky head gasket which ozed oil down into the bell housing which caused a slipping clutch.
i got a new pressure plate installed. so far ive had the car for about a month now and its been giving me trouble since i got it, ill start it in the morning and its fine, the clutch will grab fairly close to the floor, and as the car gets warmer the clutch will engage further and further away from the floor, until the point of which i can let the clutch pedal all the way out and the clutch slips, then if i pull over and bleed the clutch through the slave cylinder, i can hop back in it, and it will be fine for another 10-15 minutes, then the clutch gets stiff and slips again. ive replaced the clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, resurfaced the flywheel(which looked fine to begin with), master cylinder and slave cylinder. the only thing left would be the lines themselves. could that be the problem? oh and i noticed that when i add brake fluid to the clutch master cylinder, the fluid turns black almost as if its mixing with something else. and when you bleed it from the slave, it comes out black. im at a complete loss for this problem, its been to three garages and no one can find the problem. thanks

ok i don't know why the fluid is a different color but i might know why it keeps seeping out on you. If you follow your lines from the clutch master cylinder down there should be a little cylinder that your lines go into to know more than 3 inches long and its bolted to the frame inside the engine bay in the passenger side. It prevents the clutch pressure from bleeding back out when you leave your car sit overnight. my prelude has it however its a 4 gen I don't think the 5th gens have it
are there any visible leaks in the hydraulic system, or any way that air is introduced? go over all the hardlines end-to-end as well as on the inside where your pedals are (check for wetness).
Since you're saying that bleeding it on the spot will temporarily fix the problem, I will guess that your use of the clutch pedal is introducing air into the line (that is if I'm reading it right, and your fluid level's are OK when you pull over). Make sure that you didn't cross-thread the threads on any part. They're super easy to cross-thread and it WILL cause this exact problem you're describing if thats the case.
