supercharger or turbocharge my b20?

supercharger or turbocharge my b20?
does any one have either of these setups. what is better for hp gains for the money and reliability. i will be resleeving the block so it can take the boost. i was going to get darton sleeves cause they are rated to hold up to 40 psi. so i think it can handle my daily driven boost and big boost on race days. i was also told i could put a b17 crank into a b20 and make it have a 1.74 r/s ratio or something like that. has anyone done this?
