Default Ok one more rear sway bar question

I can get some si rear lower controll arms for $65 a piece. And I can get the Si rear sway bar for $60. Should I go for it? Or should I get the control arms and aftermarket sway bars. Do I really need to upgrade the front bar? Thanks
-Jake

thats pricey, and upgrading the front bar is generally not what you want to do if you want to eliminate understeer

i am not saying and no1 is saying that understeer is a good thing but:

for some reason everyone thinks a front swaybar will cause understeer 100% of the time. in a perfectly balanced rear drive car, ok. in a front heavy, fwd car there are a large number of other factors that are contributing to understeer. you can band-aid by removing the front bar, then band-aid the increased roll by adding more spring rate, then band-aid the spring rate with different shock valving, etc. until you fix the real problem all you'll be doing is throwing band-aids at a severed artery. << quoted from that thread

yes, i read that thread. i don't recall having said that no front sway bar is better, though. personally, i'd be happy with an HF front sway bar.
