Default question: what does sway bar connects to?

Rear tie bar connects to rear LCA, does rear sway bar connects to rear LCA as well, if so what is the difference between the two?

It connects to the LCA. Anti-sway bars help the car not to sway while cornering. The rear (or any) tie bar helps to stiffen up the chassis.

Yes. You will need the LCA from a teg or a civ that came with a r. sway.
