Default Turbo leaking oil?

I installed a brand new t3 super 60 onto a B16 and found that after i started it i had a very minor oil leak comming from the turbine housing. unfortunatly i was using a 3/8s braided line for my return which isnt suffecient . my question is, if i just upgrade it to a larger line will it contiue to smoke? or is there some leeway before the turbo has to be re sealed?

thanks

A brand new turbo shouldn't be smoking @ all. The seals should be fine. I would check all your oil connections...If thats not the case get a replacement...

Good luck....
