Default I need help, what turbo set up should I use on my new car??

I need help, what turbo set up should I use on my new car? I just got a new daily driver. A 2000 Honda Accord 2D EX with a 2.3L. I want to pick up a set of ported heads, intake, and put a turbo on it. If this was your car what would you do? Where to get the heads intake, everything. I want the car to look stock but kick *** on the road. I'm thinking of building the kit for the turbo. I have a friend who owns a exhaust shop and can get stainless tubing and bend it for me free. What turbo would be the best, what CR should I run, what rods, pistons, is the stock crank any good? Help. I know a few things about C5 corvettes and Vipers. I've owned 4 C5 vettes, and 2 Vipers. My 00 corvette I build a 427 LS1 that does 10.83 in the 1/4 miles, and the 98 Viper with a 488 CI with heads and cam did 10.9. That’s with slicks. The corvette is 523RWHP 537 RWHTQ, Viper 510RWTQ and 541RWTQ.
