when my engine is off and at a complete stop i tried turning the wheel..and as i turn the wheel i hear squeeking..does that have something to do with the power steering belt? all belt were checked and up to spec..? any help

 

probaly need to flush ur power steering fluid, check what color is it. it suppose to be clear.

 

where is the sound comming from?

when I had my R It was squeeking where the steering column went through the firewall. if that is the case you need to lube up that area. I had the dealer do it for me.

 

it sounds like its squeeking around the left wheel area where the spring is at..

 

if the engine is off it has nothing to do with power steering, or any pumps or belts. check the boots and bushings and ball joints. squeaking is an early sign of something not good. always make sure you fix suspension problems right away.
