my b16a when i hit the gas it plusates as i apply the throttle. it almost sounds like its missing but it dosent die what can it be. it goes put put put what should i check i need my car to go to work tommorow and quick i deas will be apreciated thanks also it only does it when i put it in gear

 

Is the check engine light on? Any codes on the ecu? How's the timing on your motor? What condition is the distributor cap, rotor, sparkplugs and plug wires in? Changed your fuel filter recently?

 

Yes u r right i do need to change my dizzy this weekend and ill change the fuel filter as well KASPER-EF8 told me the same thing as for my timming its shity as well i have to wait for the dizzy. thank u for the info

 

my car bogs real bad under 3k.... i seem to be having the same issue.... why dont you come down again and we'll try to figure everything out....

 

If i let off the clutch @ 1500rpm then it will put put put....but if i launch @2500-3500rpm then it will bog momentarly then proceed as normal... it sucks to be stopped @ a red light on an incline.... gotta get the prob fixed....
