Sputtering?

Sputtering?
Starting today my car seems to jerk a little when barely giving it some throttle, like i let off the gas for a second and then put it back on, but my foot never comes off of it. Could the fuel filter need changing?

could be a whole bunch of different things. Bad fuel, fuel filter, clogged injectors, loose/bad plug wires, distributor going bad, bad plugs......there's more, but those are the obvious ones I can think of right now.
