turbo manifolds?

i need info on turbo manifolds. What would be a better choice cast iron or the tubular kind for every day driving with weekend racing. This will be my first turbo car so i really don't know. i usually go all motor but turbo gsr's are alot faster then all motor. so far i have darton sleeved b18c with 84mm bore eagle stroker kit a t-4 sized mitsubishi turbo tiel 38mm wastegate and aem computer other goodies on the way but need a turbo mani. any help would be greatly appr.
