what you guys think about this turbo and this guy???

also is an electric oil press gauge accurate??? Ive heard good about mechanical but not electrical.

Mechanical is going to yield a greater accuracy.
The trims on the turbo look good and the 360deg thrust bearings is a plus, but I am not familiar with the manufacturer. Personally, I would fork out an extra 100 bucks and go with a garrett from cheapturbo.com.
