Yow, If you don't have anything constructive to say then why say anything at all? Is this what HT is about? All I'm asking is a simple question.
I'm trying to diagnose a problem for someone. That's the info I'm getting. The P28 is chipped with a Skunk2 program. The car surges and after 2 min it revs out clean then it seems to go back to fail safe mode. Any suggestions?

This is not a simple question, could you throw in 50 more variables please because there are 50 right now. It could be anything.
As far as where H-T is going, you keep asking STUPID questions and you will know.
What the hell is REV out? Do you mean hit the red line, where does it stop, what RPM?

Someone comes to you and says
Hey, I have a CRX with a D series motor and the thing won't run, how do I fix it........... Well obviously you will not be able to fix anything because you have NO information to go on. I mean it could be ANYTHING. It could be a bad wire at the ECU, in the harness somewhere, it could be the TB is not working properly, A sensor might be bad, are you throwing any codes, are there any other symptoms, I can go on and on but you know what I have ESP because I know the answer to all of these question based on what you wrote............
Hold on I will get your answer, just let me rip it from my *** because that's what your speaking out of.

Point well taken but you could have simply stated you need more info. You didn't have to go out of your @$$ and say something like ESP and what not. I was in a hurry give someone that called me about this a quick answer and I know it could be many things. I've worked on cars long enough to know that. But just by chance if someone had the same symptoms and read the post they could have given me a general idea as what to check. ( Check dizzy, check for codes, etc.) I'm no way a Honda expert that's why we learn from people's mistakes and experience. Not smart-*** comments like yours.
1. We know the car starts because it's obviously revving, as stated
2. we know what ecu and motor
3. revving out....as in " I revved my motor out to 6k" simple english

Don't think that I do this just to you. I am not trying to single you out but this happens on a daily basis and I hate it. I will try and help as much as the next guy/gal but when I look at a post title and it says help I open it.
Now what do I find inside, an open end question that says I have a motor and an ECU and it won't REV out. That's it, nothing more. I know you get the point but I have to be an *** because you waste my time even bothering looking at this when you did not even try to give any more detail.
Sorry to be an *** but hopefully next time you won't leave open ended questions with 1000 probabilities to think about.
