Default Rpm problem's Need Help?

Here's my problem I just got my vtec wired to day and as I was getting my vtec wired I had my skunk'2 intake manifold installed and header. Well on my way home I let it rip vtec kick in eveything was fine when I shift in to 3rd my car red lined at 7000 rpm, after that my car started redlining at 7000 rpm at every gear. At first i though i was my ECU (p72) so I changed it to a p28 and still the same thing. Can anyone help me?
My car is a 95 integra with 2000 gsr motor

I hardly make any sense of your gibberish.

I'm gonna guess the 95 Integra was a non-vtec chassis, so that's what you are wiring up VTEC ? Is that right ?

I don't see what your IM or header has anything to do with this...

And what the hell do you mean your car started redlining at 7k ? Does the motor just rev for you and automatically go to 7k all the time ? I think you need to explain that a little better. And besides...isn't redline for a GS-R like 7500 rpm or so ?

Some one is having the same problem as you a few post's down.
Search, and talk to him to find out what he's doing to fix the problem.
