Default Cam Question?

i have a aem cam gear on my d15b7 and need to know if it is worth my time to advance or retard it? I also am wondering if a JDM camshaft is worth the money to swap, i've heard they are not bad and they can give some power. What is your opinions?

stovk setting will get you the best results throughout the powerband, nasturally.

If you want a good cheap cam to gain you a few whp/wtq...go with a CRX D16A6 Si cam

I though it was pointless to get a cam gear if you still have the stock cam in. I may be wrong though.
