Default HELP! is needed with vacuum lines

hey guys. i've capped off the two vacuum pegs coming out of the top of the intake manifold. in doing this i had to remove the intake control solenoid valve which is attached to a black box that sits underneath the stock intake tube. the reason for capping off these two pegs is that i remember them being capped off on my '97 prelude. i now have a '94 vtec model. anyway, upon removing these vacuum lines my idle is now jumpy if i give the car gas right when i start it up before it is completely warm. is there any way to remove these lines without affecting the idle?

i hope this is understandable i'm kind of in a hurry. any help is appreciated. thanks.

Try playing with the idle adjustment screw. If it doesnt change just put it all back the way its suposed to be
