Default Take a look at my new setup will I need vafc?

I just bought a b17a1 gsr engine with this **** done to it:

PYR ALUMINUM RACING HEAD
PORTED&POLISHED
VALVE JOB
BIG BLOCK VALVE SPRINGS
CROWER RODS
ARAIS PISTONS
TOTAL SEAL RINGS
COUNTER WEIGHTED CRANK
O-RINGED HEAD AND BLOCK FOR HIGH BOOST
TURBO MANIFOLD
CUSTOM BENT TURBO PIPING
OIL PAN WITH TURBO OUTLET
ALL NEW SEALS AND GASKETS ON MOTOR

Now right now its running of a stock ecu, that is a lot of work done to the engine do you think i should get a vafc? I mean would it make a noticeable difference if i got it tuned on a vafc?
