hey im going to be installing a turbo kit on b18b
SO ok.... liek post says. im going to install a t3/t4e turbonetics turbo with everything but an intercooler right off...What do you think ill get for numbers? HP? 1/4?

I guess I will answer cause I doubt anyone else will. You need to give A LOT more details about what you plan on buying. Also, get an intercooler.

Why don't you atleast buy a cheap or usd intercooler for the time being? You can find a nice used for like $250 in the classifieds, or you can buy one of those Johnnyracecar ones for cheap?
You cna run it without an intercooler, but you'll have to keep the boost low, and if it were me I would just wait and do it all at once.
