what do you guys like for a fairly high boost LS/vtec
I have a oem now should I just go back with oem or is there something better?

 

i would get probably a thicker head gasket unless you have low comp. piston and rods and if you do get the same thickness head gasket but MLS (multi layer steel. Don't get copper. Just get something for turbo app.

 

OEM is fine IMO ... if you can get some copper ring on the top of your sleeves and your set !

OEM is the way i go. cometic works as well but i like the OEM gaskets better evne for overbored i like the GE gaskets

well stock gsr are 10.1cr
I'll be boosting with a smaller turbo that allows me to get full boost of 7psi at like 3000rpm, meaning i'll be seeing a lot more frequencey of boost.

I want to drop it down 1 point.
what head gasket do i need to buy and how much$ cause I don't want to swap out my pistons.
