Car sputtering

I have a 1st gen. b16. Every time I floor the car it sputters whnever it hits vtec.I t doesnt matter what gear im in ,it does it from 1st - 5th . I've changed my plugs ,wires ,coil ,cap;n;rotor. The only thing i haven't changed is the whole distributer. Anyone had a simular problem? How did you solve it? Any info greatly appreciated!!

What ECU, fuel pump, injectors and fuel pressure are you using? What are you using the regulate fuel pressure?

I am using my stock pump, PR3 ecu ,B&M fuel pressure riser set at 41.The car is an 88 H/B. Thanks for the reply!!

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge to monitor pressure in the system? It is possible that the stock pump you have cannot handle the demands of the B16.
