all motor help, need second opinion

is this a good deal? i saw this somewhere in vancouver ad
i think only the head is port n polished everything else i don't think is modified
i'm thinking about getting it, can't decide yet, i know pnp's usually cost quite a bit but i think only the head is modified, and if thats true... should i hold out and wait for a better deal or is this a good deal i should jump on?

i have a JG head right now... and well- lets juz say i didnt make the greatest power according to the dyno. but then again, mine is a vtec head and i paid close to 1k
that's pretty good. but make sure it's a genuine JG ported head. there's usually a "JG" engraved on all parts they work on.
there have been lots of complaints about recent work done by JG but their older work was really good........
