Oil coming out of DP after rebuild???
Just got my turbo back from the rebuild(replaced a blown seal) and put it on today, fired it up, she idled fine for a minute or two, then just idled real low and i tried to give it a little gas and nothing happened and then it just shut off. I looked under the car to see a little bit of oil coming down the DP. Do you think that the oil on the DP was extra oil that got sucked into the engine when the seal blew or do you think that my oil return line could be messed up? Any way to tell if its the oil return line? Also, any idea on why the car would just shut off like that, i know its a broad question, but just curious, thanks for any replies. Setup is the greddy kit on a stock d16y7.

im asuming the turbo was actually rebuilt right. it could be old oil... but i would monitor it after a while to make sure it goes away.

In my case it was fuel and carbon mixed. Looked and felt a lot like oil though.
