I realize I posted this in another area but that was before I saw this one...everyone seems to be a little bit more intelligent in this section.

It looks like you spun a rod pretty hard...Did you have enough oil pressure? I know that with out enough oil pressure the number 1 will usually go first.

I have not been on here long but I've noticed a majority of the posts in the [non ITR] Integra section are simple or even stupid questions that can be answered with just a little common sense or even going out and buying a repair/service manual for your car. I joined this forum for the for sale section because I was needing parts, I had not looked in the model specific forums until yesterday... it only took me a few hours to realize most of it is BS and the All Motor section seems to weed alot of that out.

Had a slighty bent rod in that cylinder...read the link in my sig for detailed info.

i would agree with u on that about the model specific. i hate to even read some of the post there just too stupid
