After swapping a JDM B16 into my car, I noticed that when I put my CF Spark Plug Cover on, that I was only able to use 2 bolts to bolt it down. Is there any way I can pull the other 2 bolt up or make it so I can use all 4? I purchased a Brand new JDM ITR Valve Cover when I did my swap, and where the 2 holes are, its leaking a little oil and getting on the valve cover? What do I do?

For the oil leak, are you missing an\ grommet?

 

is it one of those little black pieces that go on the studs to put the bolts on?

 

Ya the little rubber gasket with the washer,(grommet)
The part number for that thing is-90442-P30-000

 

well i do have them, but there are no washers with it?

 

The washer should be part of the rubber grommet.

 

if those dont work, it never hurts to use a little gasket maker...that stuff works wonders.
