I dont know what this means HELP
I'm about to get my car dynoed freshley built motor maybe 15 miles on it. Decided to do a final once over and make sure everything was good. I pulled the spark plugs wires out so i could do a leak down / compression test, and cylendar #4 waire was coverd in oil. Than i pulled the plug out and it also was coverd in oil. The car runs fine what dose this mean ? How big of a problem is this ?

Yep. Did you use some brake-cleen on them to clean off the old oil residue before reinstalling the valve cover? If not, take the valve cover off and do that and use the HondaBond to seal the corners, that should fix your problem.

This has nothing to do with the oil situation but maybe you guys can give me some sugestions on this. The only other problem with the motor is it get idle surges only after being driven or reved. The car idels at about 900 or so and than if i drive it (when i was checking for leaks and minior bugs) once i stoped and got back in idle it would go from 900 to 1500 than back to 1000 to 1600 back down and keep going. Whats this from is this something becuase it's not tuned or something else i also think my fuel pressure at idle is low could that cause this ?
Crome but i dont really drive it i drove it for about 15 miles a while ago to check leaks and such and havent driven it and wont untill after i get it tuned but i do start it up every once and a while and if i give it any gas it starts doing it again

Dude, an ECU on a car that's not intended for forced induction or one that has been chipped but not tuned and it's driven or even turned on, without it being properly tuned first, the ECU will not perform well. AFR and timing among other things must be properly set. Hence tuning! The car might turn on but may not idle or rev-up correctly. Hondata for example has tons of **** you can modify or change and is capable of so much, expanding and providing, a Civic for example, to run boost. Injectors, Fuel Trim/Compensation, MAP, VTEC, Rev Limits, Boost, Timing, AFR, Idle, Ignition and bro, the list goes on. Get that damn thing tuned ASAP!
I am i'm heading there in a about 2 or 3 weeks i had to save up some money. And Untill then the car will just be sitting in the garage like it's been for the last 2 months. Thanks though
