Default question about auto to manual differences

I had an H22 accord with a motor that came with a manual tranny, it hydrolocked, got a new motor but it can with an auto tranny

I heard the auto cars cam with less aggressive cams in them and made only 180 hp vs 200 hp for the manual. I still have the manual cams, would it be worthwhile to swap them given the pain of timing the motor and all, or is there no value to the cam difference between the two,

thanks in advance
