Default Frustrated and need help!! No Start.

My 95 civic DX shut-off while driving and will not start but does turn over. I went through all the procedures of checking for spark (none )and fuel (yes), etc. I even replaced the icm (actually the whole distributor), ecu and checked the main relay checked all fuses and looked for damaged wires and still no start. Now, I checked my timing belt its okay its actually only 2 weeks old but I did notice the top gear bolt was loose so I tightnened it down and tried to start it again but again nothing and noticed the bolt was loose again...mmm. Please help!.

If the cam gear bolt was loose, there is a possibility that your timing is messed up now. Hopefully there isn't any internal damage done to your motor. I would check to see that the cam is in time with the crank, hopefully it still is. Also, check to see if your valvetrain is still OK.
